Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that the cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or damaged item).
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be issued through the same method used for payment.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following the return process and place a new order for the replacement product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
